"Ask the librarian" is an orientation service carried out by the librarians of the University Library Center.

The service provides information about the use of CBA services and resources and offers assistance to support the information needs of the academic community.

The service is free and is aimed at institutional patrons of the University of Salerno.

External users can send their requests for assistance to the email address reference@unisa.it

In Ask the Librarian you will find support on:

• information about CBA services and resources
• dedicated and exclusive support, by appointment, on the use of bibliographic resources
• sending in digital format of bibliographic material not owned by the University libraries
• assistance in bibliographic research and consultation of databases and specialist resources
• sending reports, suggestions and complaints
