Series and journals
The University Library Center has activated some "continuous" orders of Italian and foreign series from the monograph suppliers. Each of the titles belonging to the series listed below, therefore, arrives automatically, without individual purchases being ordered.

The selection - here broken down by major thematic areas and, internally, by alphabetical order of publishing houses - takes into account the updating needs of the various disciplinary sectors and is susceptible to increases due to further proposals.

At the "E.R. Caianiello" Library on the Fisciano campus, in the "open shelf" arrangement of book materials, the thematic series are also physically aggregated and are placed at the opening of the sections to which they pertain; the multidisciplinary ones are instead dismembered and each monograph is located in the sector to which it belongs.

Current periodicals
The University Library Center subscribes to periodicals both through contracts with book commission agents and through inter-university agreements. Further periodicals can be consulted via links to databases.

The periodicity of the journals, the consistency and the latest issues received can be found in the University Catalog and in the Italian Collective Catalog of Periodicals (ACNP).
