The Charter describes the methods of providing the services offered, regulates and facilitates relations between the University Library Center (CBA) and its users.

The Charter is also a pact between users and the CBA as it contains transparent rules and mutual commitments; it describes the services that the CBA undertakes to ensure, their level of quality and the methods of their use, as well as the forms of user participation.

The offer of services and all the information contained in this document comply with the provisions of the University Library System Regulations (Legislative Decree no. 3701 of 24 December 2010, as amended).
