Multimedia Room

It is a technologically provided room, situated at the entrance level of the Library of humanistic pole “E.R Caianiello '' and has PC seats, printer on the net, video projector, screens and other electronic equipment.

The access to working-seats, allowed to specific users (students, teachers, interns, grad students, Athenaeum staff), happens with the process of authentication.

For this reason, the user must insert their own credentials of access, thus the same one User name and Password that normally are used for the electronic mail @unisa.

The multimedia room is reserved for bibliographic research, access to the resources of University Library System (electronic periodicals and subscription database, open access digital resources and other institutional activities closely connected to the areas of research and teaching university; any other use is severely excluded.

The result of the search can be saved on a personal pen drive, or printed (a photocopier with a card) in respect with the copyright law and the subscription conditions, or even sent to a personal mailbox.

The use of multimedia stations is allowed for a maximum of one hour per day.

Qualified assistance is constantly guaranteed on site for the consultation and use of electronic resources and the request to download bibliographic documents.

The classroom may be occupied occasionally for lessons or seminars: the respective warrants are notified on the bulletin board.

Laws for the usage of electronic resources

Allowed usages

The authorised users can:

1. print or save a limited number of copies of articles of contributions for didactical or research purposes.
2. send and report links to specific contents in websites

Uses not permitted

The authorised users are obliged to respect the following norms:

1. not carry out the printer or the download of whole files of magazines of substantive parts of them;
2. not transmit or not propagate the material covered by the contract in or its components to unauthorized persons or entities in any form, not even electronically, or on any medium (electronic, optical or printed) upon payment of a fee or otherwise.
3. not communicate the access password to others or allow not authorised users to access the electronic material that is subject of contracts with publishers.
4. not to use the electronic resource for purely private purposes
