The University of Salerno has two central Libraries: the library of Humanities, Law and Economics (Biblioteca "E.R. Caianiello") and the Library of Science, both located on the campus of Fisciano. The Library of Medicine is located on the campus of Baronissi.
Both central libraries are open Monday-friday 9-19. The Library of Medicine is open - Mondays - Wednesdays and Fridays 9.00 - 14.00.
The libraries are open to the following users:

b) "External users": anyone requesting the use of the Library for reading and research purposes.
If you are an "internal user" you don't need to register.
If you are an "external user" and you need to borrow a book you have to register for an account at the Reference desk showing an ID card (driver's license and passport are accepted).
Yes, you can use your laptop and, if you are an "internal user", you can also use the wireless network within the library with the password of your University account.
